Event Schedule - Entry Fees

Event Day: Sunday April 9th 2023 | Waimarino Museum - Raetihi

A market day atmosphere with food and beverage stalls and local crafts will greet you at the Waimarino Museum.  Perfect for ensuring your support crew are entertained and your post event needs are taken care of.

Compulsory race briefings for all events are 5 minutes before race start.

Late entries will incur an additional $10 fee after mid night Thursday 6th April 2023

Event Base and Finish Lines

Our event HQ for the day is the Waimarino Museum

Race Timing

The Timing Team will be taking care of timing - with live results throughout the event.

Prize Giving

Prize Giving will be held at the event base at the Museum.

All competitors who complete their chosen event will receive a unique finishers medal.  Some great spot prizes from our local community providers.

Two prize giving times:
2pm for the 18km
4pm for all other events.

There will be a market day atmosphere with food stalls, coffee and produce available for sale throughout the day.

Cash and ATM

Please bring cash for late entries, food & merchandise. 
The Caltex station in Raetihi does have an ATM machine which is open 7am – 7pm

Covid and Unexpected Events

The Raetihi Gutbuster will operate at ORANGE and GREEN alert levels.  The event cannot proceed at the RED alert level or any localised lockdowns - refund policy applies - check our T's and C's.

Some weather conditions may result in the use of contingency or shortened courses.  This is for the safety of all competitors and event support volunteers.
